Maturity Works
https://maturity.works/
Maturity Works is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). Created in 1965, SCSEP is the nation's oldest program to help low-income, unemployed individuals aged 55+ find work. SCSEP matches eligible older adults with part-time jobs for community service organizations. Participants build skills and self-confidence, while earning a modest income.
Maturity Works offers paid job training with local non-profit organizations. Participants will be matched with training assignments that fit their unique skill set, schedule, and training needs. While in the program, participants receive support to secure employment.
